Our watches are covered by a two (2) year guarantee. Our two (2) year guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. In the event of a warranty claim, we will provide you with the following services at our discretion:

• Free repair of the watch or
• Free replacement of the watch with an equivalent item (including a successor model if the original watch is no longer available).

The start of the period for calculating the warranty period is the date of purchase.

The guarantee only applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, not to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. According to § 13 BGB, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession.

The warranty does not apply to damage to our watches due to

• improper handling and negligence (e.g. throwing, dropping)
• use of force (e.g. impact, shock, dropping)
• environmental influences (e.g. moisture, water, dust, fire, heat, cold)
• Non-compliance with the operating instructions or the
• Unauthorized repair and modification
• Normal wear and tear and ageing of the materials

The warranty also excludes wear and tear on the strap and case caused by use. The signs of wear and tear visible on the strap and case of a watch are considered normal signs of use. The effect of perspiration on the strap varies from person to person due to the different levels of acidity.

In order to examine the warranty conditions, it is necessary that you send the watch to us as well as a copy of the order confirmation when claiming warranty service. To prevent damage to the watch during transportation, please use appropriate packaging.

If you are entitled to a warranty claim, we will bear the costs for sending the goods to us and for returning the goods to you as part of the warranty service. The costs will be reimbursed by us as part of the guarantee.

We would like to point out that your statutory rights arising from the purchase contract concluded with us are not restricted by this guarantee. Irrespective of the guarantee, you are entitled to warranty rights against us in the event of a defective purchased item.

This guarantee is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
